All rooms have lovely modern furniture, a bathroom, TV, mini-bar/ refrigerator, A/C, heating, and lovely veranda/ balcony (some with fantastic panoramic sea views), and some of the rooms of the second floor have a fireplace. Everything is included in the price.
The hotel also comprises on the ground floor a reception at the entrance, and an open-plan breakfast area/ sitting area with a beautiful large marble fireplace, and a bar, and French doors that lead out to a small balcony and some stairs that lead to the main outside sitting area, for those hot and sunny summer days.
